Concrete, brick, block, and similar debris need special attention to weight. Discuss a heavy-material project directly so the container, load limit, and disposal route can be confirmed.
Identify the exact material
Explain whether the debris is clean concrete, brick, asphalt, tile, dirt, or a mixture. Include approximate dimensions of the area being removed, thickness, and any reinforcing material.
Do not fill by appearance alone
A large container is not permission to fill it with dense material. Follow the agreed loading depth and weight allowance, even if there is unused space above the load.
Discuss separation first
Dedicated clean material loads may be handled differently from mixed demolition debris. Confirm acceptance of rebar, attached wood, or other contamination before loading.
Before you book
